Joining a nationally recognised advisory business specialising in end-to-end advisory, project management and asset management, you'll have the autonomy to establish and lead the Sydney Quantity Surveying team while remaining actively involved in delivering and overseeing major property projects.
Unlike many leadership opportunities, you won't be building in isolation. You'll work closely with an established and highly successful Project Management division that is genuinely invested in the success of the Quantity Surveying team through joint tenders, shared client relationships and cross-disciplinary collaboration. With the Project Management team already well established, you'll be well positioned to build a complementary Quantity Surveying offering while leveraging existing relationships and opportunities.
As a member of the National Executive Team, you'll play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the business.
