Senior Quantity Surveyor
A well-established national property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Sydney team.

Role Overview
This role is suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years' consultancy experience who is looking to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop their career within an established national consultancy.
You'll manage projects across a diverse range of sectors, providing cost management services from feasibility through to project completion. Working closely with clients and project teams, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial outcomes while mentoring junior team members and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies across all project stages
• Manage project budgets and provide ongoing cost reporting
• Prepare tender documentation and procurement advice
• Assess variations, progress claims and final accounts
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Deliver commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors
• Manage multiple projects across both public and private sector clients
Skills & Experience
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 5+ years' consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong experience across pre-contract and post-contract services
• Excellent cost planning and financial management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage projects independently while working collaboratively within a team
• AIQS membership or working towards accreditation is highly regarded
