As the Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end workplace projects. Working directly with clients, shaping concepts, coordinating delivery teams, and ensuring the final outcome reflects the studio’s commitment to craft, integrity, and innovation. Lead workplace interior projects from concept through to construction
Work directly with clients to interpret briefs, present concepts, and build trust
Develop interior schemes, FF&E selections, and Revit documentation packages
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and consultants through all delivery stages
Attend site visits, review shop drawings, resolve issues, and protect design intent
Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver seamless D&C outcomes
Support junior/mid designers and contribute to a positive, idea-driven culture
Minimum 3+ years’ post-graduate experience in a design & construct environment with a focus on workplace commercial projects
Proven client-facing capability and confidence leading presentations
Solid Revit documentation skills and strong understanding of detailing
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for design + construction
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
