Join a design & construct studio built on a simple belief: great work comes from great people working in an environment where they feel supported, trusted, and inspired. This team has cultivated a culture that encourages creative thinking, ownership, and the freedom to bring ideas to life not just follow instructions.

Their mission is to design and deliver high-quality, high-value collaborative spaces that elevate productivity and help businesses thrive.

As the Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end workplace projects. Working directly with clients, shaping concepts, coordinating delivery teams, and ensuring the final outcome reflects the studio’s commitment to craft, integrity, and innovation. Their culture is down-to-earth, energetic, and genuinely people-first.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead workplace interior projects from concept through to construction

  • Work directly with clients to interpret briefs, present concepts, and build trust

  • Develop interior schemes, FF&E selections, and Revit documentation packages

  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and consultants through all delivery stages

  • Attend site visits, review shop drawings, resolve issues, and protect design intent

  • Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver seamless D&C outcomes

  • Support junior/mid designers and contribute to a positive, idea-driven culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years’ post-graduate experience in a design & construct environment with a focus on workplace commercial projects

  • Proven client-facing capability and confidence leading presentations

  • Solid Revit documentation skills and strong understanding of detailing

  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

  • A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for design + construction

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
