And you’ll do it with hybrid flexibility, working your way around 1–2 days from home each week.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the Brisbane office, delivering new-build industrial projects and setting the strategic direction for design, development, and delivery. With existing projects in place, you’ll manage these while also driving new business and expanding the Queensland presence.

Design-wise, you’ll lead concept development, ensuring each project hits the mark creatively and commercially. You’ll stay hands-on with Revit and other tools, while mentoring the next wave of designers and guiding your team with your expertise.

From client meetings to stakeholder engagement, you’ll be the key contact, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction. You’ll also oversee schedules, cost estimates, and specifications to keep everything running smoothly and profitably.
