What You’ll Do

• Lead Class 1 residential projects from DA through to delivery

• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the lifecycle

• Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and design integrity

• Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• NSW registration (desired but not essential)

• Minimum 8 years’ architectural experience with Class 1 residential projects (Class 2 experience desirable)

• Strong documentation and project delivery skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD with experience leading and overseeing projects/teams
