What you'll do

You'll take on the responsibility of running small to mid-sized projects, as well as working on large projects as part of a team.

Aligning with the firm’s values of wellbeing, community benefit and spatial experience, you'll evolve ideas, iterate with clients and stakeholders, and maintain high standards of detailing and clarity.

You'll produce detailed documentation, construction drawings, specifications and schedules, and coordinate with consultants in structure, MEP, landscape and interiors.

Ensuring designs comply with building codes, regulations and planning requirements, you'll manage submissions, respond to council feedback and serve as the primary client contact, understanding the brief and managing expectations.

What you'll need

• Experience of delivering new build projects

• Proficient Revit skills

• NSW Registration would be highly regarded

• Experience working on a variety of project types

• Full working rights
