This is a delivery-focused role for an experienced Project Architect who thrives on detail, documentation, and leading from the front. You'll be taking ownership of several community-focused projects that need a steady, experienced hand – freeing up one of the senior team who’s currently stretched across a major 35-storey tower.

The studio is design-led but grounded in delivery – they care about the detail as much as the big ideas. These community centres require someone who can work through construction details, coordinate confidently with consultants, and keep everything on track from DD to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead documentation and delivery of community projects
• Prepare and review construction details and documentation packages
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders throughout delivery
• Liaise with builder as required during CA
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations

About You
• 6+ years of experience, ideally with community, education, or civic projects
• Excellent technical and documentation skills
• ArchiCAD proficiency
• Comfortable running projects independently
• Able to manage timelines, drawing packages, and consultant coordination
