We have an exciting senior-level opportunity for a front-end architect with a flair for design strategy and a deep understanding of council processes. You’ll take the lead on a newly awarded multi-residential project in Parramatta, working directly with the client to reshape the design and guide the scheme through to DA approval.

This design competition-winning project involves a façade and services redesign, with some internal layout changes to better optimise apartment mix and floorplates. It’s a role that blends creativity, rigour, and client engagement – perfect for someone who enjoys the early stages of a project and wants to shape its direction.

• Lead front-end design strategy and presentation work

About You
• 7+ years of experience in multi-residential projects
• Strong design portfolio and DA experience
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with planning controls and SEPP guidelines
• ArchiCAD proficiency essential
