With a growing portfolio of bespoke homes, boutique multi-residential, and hospitality interiors, this studio is now seeking a talented and detail-driven Interior Designer to join their collaborative Sydney-based team.

The Role

As a Mid-Level Interior Designer, you’ll take an active role in delivering design-led projects from early concept through to construction. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Directors and senior designers to shape thoughtful and functional interior spaces

• Translating client briefs into innovative, buildable design solutions

• Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers across all phases

• Attending site meetings and assisting with construction administration

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members while maintaining a high standard of design integrity

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 4 years' post-graduate experience in interior design

• Experience working on high-end residential, multi-res, or boutique hospitality projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit also valued); strong skills in documentation and detailing

• Excellent knowledge of materials, joinery, and Australian standards

• Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design

• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects

• A design-driven mindset and passion for interiors that are both refined and functional
