Architect – Interiors/Workplace Focus
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney | Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Superannuation (Negotiable) | Full-Time

Kappa Executive Search is partnering with an award-winning Surry Hills design studio seeking an Architect, with a passion for interior design, to lead interior-focused commercial projects, with occasional architectural input.

The role will involve delivering projects from concept through to construction, working closely with the Director. Project types range from high-end workplace design, lobby refurbishments, podium facade upgrades, and occasional single-dwelling residential interiors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and consultants across all project stages
• Apply architectural knowledge to support minor structural changes
• Lead design and documentation phases using Revit
• Present confidently and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of post-grad experience, ideally in commercial interiors
• Strong Revit skills are essential; Enscape experience is advantageous
• Confident, self-directed, and capable of managing varied project types
