Senior Architect/Interior Designer (Commercial/Workplace)

The role will involve delivering projects from concept through to construction, working closely with the Director. Project types range from high-end workplace design, lobby refurbishments, podium façade upgrades, and occasional single-dwelling residential interiors.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and consultants across all project stages.
- Contract admin.
- RFI's
- Apply architectural knowledge to support minor structural changes
- Lead design and documentation phases using Revit
- Present confidently and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Strong Revit skills are essential
- Confident, self-directed, and capable of managing varied project types
- Design-led studio in Surry Hills, 100m from Central Station
- Flexible work arrangements (2 days WFH)
- Direct reporting to the Director; no internal reporting layers.
- Access to new technology and visualisation tools
- Option to aquire equity in the business is possible once you're established.
