The role will suit someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail, who knows what it takes to deliver a high-quality project from start to finish, and who genuinely cares about building strong, well-supported teams. It’s about keeping work moving, maintaining standards, and backing your people.
You'll lead a small team (6–8) and be responsible for project planning, resource coordination, performance reviews, and technical oversight. You’ll be across deadlines, budgets, and deliverables—but also across the wellbeing, development, and growth of the team.
Projects with Purpose – From cultural icons to large-scale urban regeneration, the practice works on city-shaping projects with lasting impact.
Design-Driven Thinking – The studio pushes boundaries, always looking for smarter, better design solutions.
Supportive, Collaborative Culture – The leadership genuinely backs their people. Weekly catchups, hands-on mentoring, and a strong feedback loop are built into the way they work.
Commitment to Sustainability – The practice is carbon-neutral certified, with sustainability baked into every project—not added on at the end.
Clear Career Pathways – Promotions from within are common, and there’s real investment in helping people grow into leadership.
