Associate Quantity Surveyor – Team & Business Development Lead

📍 Location: Adelaide – CBD, Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 plus Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Leading client engagements—scoping, cost planning, procurement advice, and commercial leadership.
✅ Winning work—proactively developing new and existing client relationships, bids, and proposals.
✅ Running a team—resourcing, mentoring, QA, and performance management.
✅ Delivering excellence—cost plans, estimates, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
✅ Steering outcomes—managing risk, variations, claims, and commercial reporting to drive best value.
✅ Representing the brand—industry networking, thought leadership, and contributing to practice strategy.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Proven experience as a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment.
📊 Strong pre- and post-contract capability with compelling client presentation skills.
🤝 Demonstrated business development acumen and account growth track record.
👥 Team leadership experience—mentoring, resourcing, and uplifting capability.
🏅 Chartered (AIQS/RICS) or well advanced on the pathway.
⚡ A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
