What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Leading project teams across multiple large-scale developments.
✅ Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure long-term success.
✅ Providing high-level technical expertise and strategic cost management.
✅ Driving business development initiatives to contribute to company growth.
✅ Collaborating with the executive leadership team for mentorship and career progression.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Post-qualification experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a PQS Consultancy.
🤝 Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to deliver cost management solutions.
📊 Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of quantity surveying.
📅 Exceptional time management with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
💬 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
🚀 A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and support business development.
