💰 Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Pre- and post-contract cost management for a range of school projects.
✅ Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
✅ Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and cost plans that are rock solid.
✅ Lead procurement, tendering, and contract administration, including pre-qualification and tender analysis.
✅ Provide monthly cost reports and present directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
✅ Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants at every stage of the project.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Degree-qualified as a minimum.
📊 QS consultancy background with experience working on property-related projects.
💡 Strong commercial acumen – ability to manage risk and drive value for clients.
💻 Proficiency in CostX or similar cost management software.
🎖 AIQS or MRICS accreditation (highly regarded, but not essential).
