A national PQS consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Perth. With offices across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, this role provides the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a national team of industry leaders who foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Lead cost planning, estimation, and feasibility studies across different project stages.
✅ Oversee procurement processes, including tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
✅ Provide financial reporting, risk analysis, and value engineering recommendations.
✅ Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors to support their professional development.
✅ Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure effective cost control.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
📊 5+ years of experience in a PQS consultancy.
💻 Proficiency in cost estimating software such as CostX, Cubit, or equivalent.
📐 Experience in digital take-offs and BIM-based quantity extraction (desirable).
