An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Building Surveyor to take on a standalone role in Perth, backed by a national team with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Preparing condition reports and conducting technical due diligence on existing buildings.
✅ Engaging directly with clients and managing projects independently.
✅ Working closely with a national team while maintaining autonomy in Perth.
✅ Leveraging expertise in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to provide detailed assessments.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Experience as a Building Surveyor, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
📊 Strong background in technical due diligence and condition reporting.
🤝 Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a national team.
💬 Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
