An iconic Australian retailer is seeking a Project Administrator to join its Property and Construction Team.

This role involves supporting a group of Project Managers who are driving several multi-million-dollar store refurbishment projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager and working alongside two other Project Administrators, this position is based in Melbourne CBD, with the flexibility to work three days in the office and two days from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing and preparing settlement statements for brand costs.
• Tracking and closing out project invoices and completed works.
• Attending meetings and recording minutes.
• Coordinating branded installations across stores.
• Managing contractor pre-start information and ensuring compliance.
• Liaising with both internal teams and external contractors and brand partners.
• Providing ad hoc administrative support as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a similar administrative role; experience in construction, fit-out, or retail is highly desirable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Intermediate Excel skills are required.
