We are seeking a talented and driven Revit Architectural Technician to join our client, an innovative architectural and design practice on the NSW Illawarra region. If you are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role: You will work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to develop design concepts and prepare comprehensive documentation packages. With your strong understanding of the BCA and Australian Standards, you'll contribute to both residential and commercial projects, ensuring the highest quality and compliance.

About You:

• 10+ years of industry experience in architecture or drafting
• Strong proficiency in Revit 
• Solid knowledge of Australian construction methods and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope and timeframes are adhered to

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural documentation packages from design development to construction
• Engage with clients and consultants to refine and implement design concepts
• Support projects while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations
• Oversee and train junior drafters
