Senior Architect

This Architecture & Interiors practice has 6 successful offices across the APAC region. The Sydney office is extremely busy right now, primarily on the 'front-end' stage of projects up to DA.
Over the last few years they have developed a knack for winning design competitions - including some really sought after projects. They achieve this by engaging highly creative and exciting individuals to push the boundaries.
Right now they have full work program locked in for the foreseeable. This enables them to be selective in the work they are offered, and affords them the time and resources to go after the projects they want.
The design team operates across their offices in a high achieving 'bubble', the Directors consider this team to be absolutely critical to the firms success going forward.
It is for these reasons they are looking to secure the services of an accomplished Architect, who can make a positive contribution to the design function (up to DA stage) within their Sydney Studio. This firm are highly regarded within the industry. They have carefully developed a culture that is collaborative, productive and fun to work in.
The Role
Your role will involve working closely with the design team to develop concepts, to up to DA, on a range of new build residential and mixed-use project types.

Required attributes
- Extensive experience of working on projects up to DA stage, State significant development (SSD) process experience would be highly regarded.
- Mid to large scale residential/mixed-use project experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
