Managing project programming, scheduling, and trade letting for fit-out projects.
โ
Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor agreements and work orders.
โ
Overseeing cost control, invoicing, and financial tracking.
โ
Using Procore to track project documentation and progress.
โ
Ensuring quality assurance, defect resolution, and project close-out.
โ
Collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
๐ Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in commercial fit-out (D&C environment preferred).
๐ป Proficiency in Procore for project tracking and management.
๐ Experience with cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting.
๐ฌ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
๐ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
๐ค Ability to work collaboratively and support project teams.
