Senior Interior Designer | Sydney

Lead the full journey of workplace design  from bold concept to seamless delivery  across some of Sydney’s most dynamic commercial interiors. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project outcomes, shaping creative direction, managing consultants, and ensuring design excellence through construction.

You’ll join a multi-award-winning design & construct studio with a strong pipeline of workplace projects, offering both autonomy and collaboration within a highly skilled team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on creative problem-solving, hands-on delivery, and seeing ideas come to life on site.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead workplace interior projects from concept through to construction and delivery

  • Develop and present creative, functional designs aligned with client vision and brand identity

  • Manage design documentation, FF&E selections, and detailed joinery packages in Revit

  • Coordinate consultant teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control, maintaining design integrity throughout

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial interior design and fit-out (preferably within D&C)

  • Strong portfolio showcasing workplace or corporate interiors from concept to completion

  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and client-facing skills

  • In-depth understanding of workplace design, construction detailing, and FF&E documentation

  • Eligible to work in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency preferred)
