Design Architect (Mid-level)
North Sydney, NSW · Architecture/Engineering- Front end, conceptual design/ design development role
- Support to becoming Registered as an Architect in NSW

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts up to the DA and tender docs, on Industrial and Commercial Projects.
- Assist in creating architectural drawings and models using Revit and other design software.
- Participate in presentations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams, gaining valuable experience in communication and client interaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate new insights into design decisions.
- Learn and grow through feedback and guidance during design reviews.
- A passion for design with an interest in Industrial, Retail or Commercial Projects.
- Possess the necessary skills for master planning layouts, concept design and DA design development and reports
- Good communication skills - must be confident and able to present ideas to clients, consultants and approval Authorities when required
- Revit proficient
- Experience with Sketchup, Lumion, Indesign, Photoshop desirable
