Our client, a leading interior design firm based in Carlingford, Sydney, specialising in bespoke high-end luxury residential projects, is currently seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their team.

Position Overview: The Senior Interior Designer will play a key role in leading and managing high-end residential projects from concept to completion. They will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, builders, consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding results that surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-end residential projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize Revit for design development, documentation, and coordination.
• Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Source and specify finishes, materials, and furnishings in line with project goals and client preferences.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects of varying scales.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for luxury design and a keen eye for detail.
