- Client Management: Build, maintain, and leverage high-level client relationships to effectively execute work and deliver exceptional service experiences. Analyse trends, anticipate needs, and resolve critical issues, expanding project revenue through insightful client engagement.
- Business Development: Create and implement work-winning strategies, actively pursue new business opportunities, and cultivate lasting client relationships to drive growth and diversification of services.
- Quality and Technical Excellence: Oversee budget forecasting, project management, and contract administration, ensuring adherence to NSW building regs, procedures, and risk management protocols while striving for operational excellence and profitable growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop staff and teams across various contexts, promoting a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and innovation. Drive the professional and personal development of team members, balancing well-being with professional commitments.
- Proven experience in driving growth within a national organization.
- Exceptional management, organisational, and planning skills.
- Strong adaptability, flexibility, and capability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- This role would provide an excellent opportunity for an experience Director level PM to develop on existing business with a view to retaining equity, or an ambitious Associate Director level PM looking to step up into a Director role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Commerce, or related field.
