Position: Graduate Architect/Technician

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project team to develop design concepts, construction drawings, and specifications for industrial, corrections, and institutional projects.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with senior architects and clients to refine design concepts and deliver innovative solutions.
• Utilize software tools and technologies to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and participate in client meetings to effectively communicate design ideas.

Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated local experience in industrial, corrections, or institutional projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team and liaise with clients.
