Project Architect - Retail & Mixed-Use Projects

💰 Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Superannuation

Step into a delivery-focused role on a major retail development that’s already under construction.

This established Sydney studio has built a strong reputation across retail, residential and civic sectors, working closely with repeat clients and delivering complex projects with consistency. With a major shopping centre project now underway, they’re looking to bring in a Project Architect to help drive coordination through to completion.

You’ll be working directly with the builder, consultants and client-side team, playing a key role in keeping the project moving, resolving issues on site and ensuring documentation aligns with delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate delivery across construction stages
• Work closely with builder, consultants and project stakeholders
• Resolve technical issues and maintain design intent on site
• Manage documentation updates and information flow
• Support programme alignment and construction milestones
• Ensure smooth delivery through to completion

What you’ll need

🖥️ Strong Revit capability across documentation
🏗️ Experience delivering large-scale projects through construction
🏢 Exposure to retail, mixed-use or commercial developments
💬 Confident working with builders and multidisciplinary teams
📋 Solid understanding of construction phase coordination
📈 Proactive approach with ability to problem-solve on the go
